After your first box, your subscription renews automatically on the schedule you chose, every month or every two months, at $43 per delivery plus any applicable tax. It continues until you cancel, and we email you before every renewal, so a charge never arrives as a surprise.

When you enrol, you authorize BAMBUM to charge your payment method the recurring amount shown at checkout, plus applicable tax, on each renewal date, automatically, until you cancel. Renewal amounts and dates are shown at checkout and in your reminder emails.

Email support@bambum.ca any time and a real person takes care of it, usually the same business day. To stop your next charge, reach us before your next scheduled renewal date. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. You can also skip a single delivery or pause for as long as you like.

You can cancel any time before your first renewal date and you will not be charged again. Any box already shipped is yours to keep.

If a renewal payment fails, for example an expired or declined card, we email you and may retry the charge. You can update your payment details any time by emailing support@bambum.ca. If payment cannot be completed, the affected renewal may be paused or cancelled.

If the subscription price changes, we let you know by email in advance, before the new price applies, so you can decide whether to continue.
