BAMBUM UAE FAQ

Bamboo toilet paper, answered.

Product facts, the founding reservation, AED pricing, delivery and laboratory-report scope for the United Arab Emirates.

The paper

What the UAE edition is, how it is made and what is left out.

What is BAMBUM made from?

BAMBUM begins as 100% bamboo pulp. The composition is supported by stamped manufacturer documentation rather than an independent fibre-identification test.

What are the UAE roll specifications?

The UAE edition is three-ply with 350 sheets per roll.

Is fragrance or dye added?

No added fragrance. No added dye. The manufacturer confirmed both in writing.

Is BAMBUM unbleached?

No. The pulp mill documents controlled ECF and hydrogen-peroxide bleaching for consistent colour; no elemental chlorine is used in the production process.

Where is BAMBUM made?

The paper is produced through our manufacturing supply chain in China and shipped to the United Arab Emirates. The SGS reports on the Laboratory Testing page identify that manufacturer.

Packs and prices

How to choose between the two pack sizes and where prices are shown.

Should I choose 12 or 48 rolls?

Choose 12 rolls for a smaller restock or a lower first commitment. Choose 48 rolls for longer household coverage and the lower price per roll. Actual duration depends on household use, so BAMBUM does not promise a fixed number of weeks.

What are the UAE prices?

Current prices are shown in AED on the product page for the 12-roll and 48-roll packs, one-time and by subscription. The founding 12-roll subscription renews at AED 115 per month with delivery included.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Both packs are listed as one-time purchases as well as subscriptions. Ordering opens by invitation once the first UAE stock has landed; the founding reservation is the way to be first.

The founding reservation

How the AED 0 reservation, the two-roll pack and the AED 115 charge work.

What does the UAE founding reservation include?

Two rolls for AED 0 today through secure checkout, with UAE delivery included. A valid card is required because the reservation starts an automatic 12-roll subscription after the trial period.

When will the two-roll pack ship?

The two-roll pack ships after UAE stock lands. The accepted terms allow up to 120 days for that dispatch, or the reservation is cancelled without charge. Order updates go to the email used at checkout.

When is AED 115 charged?

The first AED 115 charge for 12 rolls is scheduled no sooner than 21 full days after tracked delivery of the two-roll pack. The subscription then renews monthly at AED 115 until it is changed or cancelled.

How do I change or cancel?

Write to support@bambum.ae before the first paid charge, or before any later renewal date, and we confirm the change by email. The founding reservation guarantee and terms are linked from the reservation page.

Delivery and support

Delivery across the UAE, tracking and problem resolution.

What does delivery cost in the UAE?

Nothing extra. Delivery is included across the United Arab Emirates for the founding reservation and for the listed 12-roll and 48-roll packs. No delivery fee is added at checkout.

How is delivery tracked?

Every shipment includes a tracking link in its shipping-confirmation email. For the founding reservation, the 21-day period counts from tracked delivery, not from the day you reserve.

What if my order is damaged, wrong or missing?

Email support@bambum.ae with your order number. For damaged, defective or incorrect orders, write within 14 days of delivery and include a photo; the published refund and return policy offers a replacement or a refund, and the item does not need to be sent back.

How can I contact the UAE team?

Write to support@bambum.ae or use the contact page. A real person reads each note.

Testing

What the published SGS reports record and what their limits are.

Read the laboratory results
What do the SGS reports show?

On manufacturer-supplied paper samples, SGS recorded 545 PFAS compounds not detected; formaldehyde not detected; BPA and BPS not detected; and eight named heavy metals not detected. The report numbers, dates and sample scope are listed on the Laboratory Testing page.

Does not detected mean there is none?

No. Not detected means the measured result was below that laboratory method’s detection limit for the submitted sample. It is not a claim of mathematical zero, a test of every possible substance or a guarantee about every roll.

Why do the reports name the manufacturer instead of BAMBUM?

The finished-paper samples were submitted at manufacturing level, so the reports identify the manufacturer. The evidence supports the named sample results through BAMBUM’s documented supply relationship; no SGS report names the BAMBUM retail brand.
