BAMBUM delivers across the United Arab Emirates. Every order is packed with care and sealed in our signature packaging.
Delivery Timeframes
United Arab Emirates
Founding Reservations dispatch within 120 calendar days of reservation. Dispatch means the carrier has accepted the box, not that a shipping label has been created. If carrier acceptance is not recorded within 120 days, BAMBUM automatically cancels the reservation and subscription without a charge.
Shipping Rates
The two-roll Founding Reservation and its UAE delivery cost AED 0. The later 12-roll subscription costs AED 115 monthly with free UAE delivery until cancelled.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your delivery in real time.
Subscription Deliveries
For the Founding Reservation, no AED 115 charge is allowed until at least 21 full days after carrier tracking records delivery. The dispatch email confirms this protection. Once tracking records delivery, BAMBUM emails the exact first-charge date.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@bambum.ae and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before your order has been dispatched.
