How to cancel

Email support@bambum.ca any time before your next box ships. Subject line, body, doesn’t matter, just say “cancel.” That’s it.

How fast we cancel

Same day, every time. If you email at 11pm, it’s done by morning. We never delay, never push back, never ask why.

After you cancel

You keep any box already shipped. No back-charges. No clawbacks. No final invoice. Your card is removed from our system.

Promotional and trial offers

If you joined through a promotional or trial offer: cancel any time before your first recurring charge and you pay nothing further. Any box already delivered is yours to keep.

Skip or pause instead

Same email, same response. We can pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days. Or skip just the next box. Just say which.

We treat cancellation the same way we treat sales, without friction. If we ever fall short of that, tell us.
