Every Founding Reservation, dispatch, exact-date, and charge-reminder email includes a secure password-free cancellation link. Use it before the first paid charge and you pay nothing. If a link fails, email support@bambum.ae.

How fast we cancel

Same day, every time. If you email at 11pm, it’s done by morning. We never delay, never push back, never ask why.

After you cancel

You keep any box already shipped. No back-charges. No clawbacks. No final invoice.The subscription is stopped before its next charge.

Promotional and trial offers

If you joined through a promotional or trial offer: cancel any time before your first recurring charge and you pay nothing further. Any box already delivered is yours to keep.If the two-roll Founding Reservation does not reach carrier acceptance within 120 days, BAMBUM automatically cancels both the reservation and subscription. Skip or pause instead

Same email, same response. We can pause your subscription for 30, 60, or 90 days. Or skip just the next box. Just say which.
